WHATEVER YOUR HAND FINDS TO DO, DO IT WITH ALL YOUR MIGHT: “Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might...” Ecclesiastes 9:10 KJV The older I get, the more I understand what Solomon was saying. Life rarely gives you perfect conditions. You get tired. Plans fall apart. People disappoint you. Money gets tight. Your body starts reminding you that you’re not twenty anymore. The work in front of you still has to be done. So do it well. Solomon had everything a man could chase. Wealth, power, women, knowledge, pleasure, influence. He reached the end of all of it and realized how quickly life burns through your hands. You don’t get unlimited time. There are only so many years when your body is strong enough to build. Only so many chances to make something right. Only so many opportunities to help somebody while they’re still here. A lot of life is spent doing things nobody claps for. That’s where character gets built. “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.” Colossians 3:23 KJV Do it right when nobody’s watching. Finish what you started when quitting would be easier. Take care of what God put in front of you instead of constantly wishing He had given you something else. David spent years with sheep before the throne. Joseph spent years in slavery and prison before Pharaoh ever knew his name. Moses spent forty years in the backside of the desert. Those years weren’t empty. God was building men who could carry what came next. Sometimes the season you’re trying to get out of is the season God is using to put something into you. So whatever is in your hands today, give it your best. Not because everything you do will become something great. Because your time here is short, and one day your hands won’t be able to do any of it anymore. “Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might.” #MoreJoyMinistries
